Tunisia signs $74 million loan from Arab Monetary Fund

TUNIS (Reuters) – Tunisia has signed a $74 million loan with regional lender Arab Monetary Fund to help with fiscal reforms amid the country’s worst financial crisis. announced on Friday.

The loan comes weeks after Tunisia reached a staff-level agreement with the International Monetary Fund for a $1.9 billion loan.

The central bank added that it would be repaid over five years and a grace period of 30 months.
