Student Loans Company (SLC) has announced that it has appointed Atos as its fourth and final strategic partner for customer software delivery, including the development, maintenance and support of systems for SLC’s customers and users.
SLC’s strategic partnership program involves working with a handful of skilled partners to modernize, deliver and support their technology assets as part of technology transformation programs. After a highly competitive procurement drive, Atos will complete the appointment of strategic partners under the program along with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Capgemini.
Atos won its first contract to support SLC’s customer enablement services in September 2020. This includes the development of customer interfaces and associated technology infrastructure. In this fourth and final contract of his, Atos will offer a broad range of results-based services and capabilities that are key to delivering the comprehensive expertise, services, capabilities and capacity required for SLC’s technology strategy.
