Inszone Insurance Services continues expansion in Texas with acquisition of Proctor Insurance

Sacramento, California–()–Inszone Insurance Services: The fast-growing national benefits, personal and business insurance provider today announced the acquisition of Proctor Insurance. This will be his fifth acquisition in Texas.

Founded by Jeff Proctor in 1988, Proctor Insurance is a pillar of the Houston area. Jeff established his two grocery stores in the Houston area in the community, but when they were sold to a local chain, he was unable to support his wife and his three small children. I started looking for a change of pace that I could do. Work 7 days a week. After consulting his insurance industry friends, Jeff decided to open his own agency and build it from scratch. He built a successful reputation among small hotels and motels who appreciated the integrity and dedication of him and his team. Preparing to retire, Jeff wanted to find a company that would provide employees with opportunities for promotion and further education, while also providing excellent resources for his clients.

Proctor Insurance customers will continue to receive the services they are accustomed to under the Inszone Insurance brand.

“Jeff of Proctor Insurance said his team is a true success story for him and he is 100% right and we are pleased to provide the resources to continue their great work under the Inszone brand.” says CEO Norm Hudson. of Inszone Insurance Services. “We look forward to expanding our service footprint in Texas and look forward to many years of success with the Proctor Insurance team.”

Inszone Insurance will announce a number of significant acquisitions in the coming months as it continues to build its presence in the country.
