China October new bank lending plummets to RMB 615.2bn, below forecast | Market Screener

Analysts polled by Reuters had expected new yuan loans to fall to 800 billion yuan in October from 2.47 trillion yuan in the previous month, compared with 826.2 billion yuan a year earlier.

Central bank data on Thursday showed the broad M2 money supply rose 11.8% year-on-year, below analyst expectations of 12.0% in a Reuters poll. M2 he grew 12.1% year-on-year in September.

Outstanding RMB loans grew 11.1% y/y in Oct, up from 11.2% in Sep. Analysts had expected him to grow by 11.2%.
