Protecting your home is important to Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprises, and representatives are working to spread the word about a $300,000 home improvement loan now available to help Chattanooga residents.
In partnership with the Tennessee Repair Loan Program, loans are available to help add accessibility, structural improvements and other general home repairs.

To qualify for the loan, the interested individual must own property, live within the limits of the City of Chattanooga, pay property taxes in both Chattanooga and Hamilton County, and have gross household income I have completed my studies and have met several other major qualifications.
“Personal loans are available to eligible individuals on a first-come, first-served basis and can be up to $25,000,” Smith said. “Our team is available to answer questions about eligibility and walk you through the application process. I can do it.”
